Abstract
Chapter 1 serves as a general introduction.It is based on a published review and include the original preface, text and figures.Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 are the core of the thesis and describe the study conducted during my Ph.D.Each Chapter (2 and 3) is based on a published article.I have included the entire article: original abstract, introduction, results, discussion, figures, tables, material and methods, and supplement materials.Some unoriginal text was added to support results that was not included in the original published article, which is mentioned in the text.Chapter 4 serves as a final discussion on the entire thesis content as one study with conclusive remarks and future directions.Chapter 4 is based on a published point-of-view and include the original text and figures, but also some additional text for further discussion.The references for each Chapter are combined as one at the end of the thesis.
