Abstract
Se analizan las cargas del régimen de comunidad, desde, la responsabilidad por deudas de los cónyuges, y el sistema de las recompensas la regulación contenida en el Código Civil -que se deroga- y en el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación 2014, esbozando las principales modificaciones y avances producidos en tales aspectos. Los cambios constituyen importantes aportes, esclarecen dudas, contemplan aspectos no regulados que son estructurados sobre los principios de autonomía y solidaridad familiar. El contexto normativo examina los derechos fundamentales de la autonomía y responsabilidad, con una mirada coherente de la “economía” en las familias.
