Abstract
Promenades dans la ville de Nantes, des blocs en béton anti-intrusion aux quatre coins des espaces publics. Quels sont leurs rôles et leurs effets ? Quelle perception en avons-nous ? Dans une société empreinte de nombreuses instabilités, nous voyons le domaine de la sécurité prendre une grande place dans la gestion des espaces publics. Ce phénomène laisse place à l’emploi d’objets sécuritaires témoins d’une politique actuelle encline à la prévention situationnelle. Cette pathologie urbaine conditionne désormais la conception et la gestion des espaces publics. Mais à quel prix ?
