Abstract
En la siguiente tesina de investigación se presenta la formulación de la oferta técnica administrativa y oferta económica del proyecto de construcción denominado: “Torre de Apartamentos Montreal El Salvador”, en la cual; se adjuntan todos los documentos de carácter técnico y económico necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto de construcción, la planeación y desarrollo constructivo del mismo. En la oferta técnica administrativa, se presentan los siguientes documentos técnicos: plan de instalaciones provisionales, memoria descriptiva del proyecto, metodología en la construcción del proyecto, plan de control de calidad, plan de manejo de tráfico y control de polvo, plan de reducción de impacto ambiental, plan de seguridad e higiene ocupacional y descripción de los materiales a utilizar en el proyecto. La oferta económica está compuesta por los siguientes documentos: actas preparatorias para la construcción de elementos en específico, plan de oferta de obra gris y obra metálica, fichas de costos unitarios, presupuesto de construcción de obra gris y obra metálica, ficha resumen de cantidades de obra y plan de ejecución de obras
