Abstract
Un diagnostic de cancer du sang et les traitements qui s'en suivent est une expérience souvent complexe pour les personnes directement touchées et pour leur famille. Ces personnes ont besoin de programmes et de conseils concrets, entre autres, pour les aider au quotidien. Il est donc important d’offrir un soutien personnalisé, aussi bien psychosocial, familial que mental, pour épauler les survivants, les personnes ayant récemment reçu un diagnostic de cancer du sang et les proches aidants dans toutes les sphères de leur vie, et ce, du diagnostic jusqu’à la rémission ou aux soins palliatifs.
