Abstract
A Recording Secretary.4. The Committee of Management shall meet regularly for the despatch of business on the first and third Thursday of every month, or oftener, by adjournment, if they think proper, at such place and hour as they shall, from time to time, appoint.5. The Secretaries shall be empowered to convene Special Meet- ings of the Committee of Management by notice given to each member of the Committee, at least twelve hours before the time appointed for such Special Meeting.6.The Committee of Management shall be authorised to appoint Sub-Committees, from among its members, for the more efficient despatch of the several matters of business which may from time to time require attention ; the proceedings of each Sub-Committee to be regularly reported to the Committee of Management, and con- firmed or disapproved, as they may decide.7. The Committee of Management shall appoint, annually, the Corresponding Committee, at its first meeting, and place on it one member, at least, duly qualified, belonging to every church that has contributed to the funds of the Society during the preceding year.
