Le but de cette étude est de mettre en évidence l'étendue d'un problème d'intoxicatin à un aliment industriel pour chiens. La première partie s'attache à présenter un élevage particulier ayant connu des troubles, et à dresser un historique de l'apparition de ces troubles. Enfin nous établirons la liste des hypothèses à l'origine de ces intoxications. La deuxième partie présente les enquêtes épidémiologiques réalisées pour mettre en évidence l'importance du phénomène.
