Abstract
Dans le domaine de la réadaptation du travail, l'évaluation des capacités physiques reliées au travail (CT) est souvent utilisée pour quantifier et qualifier les habiletés d'un individu en regard de ses habitudes de vie reliées au travail. Au Québec, parmi l'éventail des évaluations des CT, l'Évaluation des Capacités Physiques reliées au Travail (ÉCPT) est de plus en plus populaire auprès des thérapeutes. L'ÉCPT documente 21 tâches regroupées sous trois sections: force dynamique, tolérance posturale et mobilité. L'ÉCPT a été conçue pour que le score global permette de déterminer la capacité d'occuper une catégorie d'emplois selon la définition du Dictionary of Occupational Titles: sédentaire, léger, moyen, lourd et très lourd. Cette présente recherche poursuit l'étude des qualités métrologiques de l'ÉCPT et comporte deux objectifs principaux. Le premier objectif est d'estimer la fidélité test-retest de l'ensemble des tâches, des sections et du score final de l'ÉCPT alors que le deuxième est d'estimer la sensibilité au changement de l'ÉCPT."--Résumé abrégé par UMI.
