El present treball tracta de les pràctiques realitzades al Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, dins de l'Epicentre Àngel Guimerà. Durant l'estada, a partir de la descoberta de cartes adreçades a Guimerà, es va seguir una línia d'investigació per provar la tesi de l'homosexualitat de l'autor d'El Vendrell. Seguidament s'exposa el procés i fruits de la investigació, així com una valoració tant de les pràctiques com de la recerca.
