Abstract
Ce mémoire porte sur l'identification des caractéristiques sociofamiliales et personnelles les plus fortement associées au trouble des conduites chez les adolescentes. L'échantillon est composé de 47 filles et de 134 garçons présentant un TC qui sont desservis par les centres jeunesse du Québec. Le premier objectif de l'étude consiste à décrire les caractéristiques sociofamiliales et personnelles des adolescentes et des adolescents présentant un TC puis, à identifier celles qui permettent de distinguer le sexe des jeunes. Le deuxième vise à identifier les variables les plus fortement associées aux adolescentes. Les résultats suggèrent que les adolescentes et les adolescents se distinguent sur diverses variables sociofamiliales, relationnelles et personnelles et que les variables associées le plus fortement aux filles présentant un TC sont la présence d'antécédents d'abus sexuels et la présence de critères de dépression majeure. Ces différents constats militent en faveur d'interventions différenciées selon le sexe des jeunes présentant un TC.
