Abstract
La présente étude vise d'une part à identifier les variables sociofamiliales qui permettent de distinguer les familles incestueuses de type père-fille, des familles non incestueuses. D'autre part, elle vise à vérifier si les variables sociofamiliales diffèrent selon que l'inceste ait été perpétrée [i.e. perpétré] par un père biologique ou par un substitut paternel. Au total, 57 familles bénéficiant des services des Centres Jeunesse du Québec ont été retenues. De ce nombre, nous retrouvons 27 familles incestueuses de type père-fille, et 30 familles non incestueuses. Parmi les familles incestueuses, nous recensons 17 familles dans lesquelles un père biologique est agresseur sexuel et 10 familles dans lesquelles un substitut paternel est agresseur sexuel. Au total, 15 caractéristiques sociofamiliales ont été étudiées. Les résultats suggèrent que les caractéristiques sociofamiliales ne diffèrent pas autant que ce que suggérait les études de notre recension des écrits, lorsqu'on compare deux groupes cliniques.
