Abstract
Montréal, Bruxelles, Liège, qu'ont-ils en commun ?Que ce soit au Canada ou en Belgique, les citoyens s'approprient la ville. Ils le font souvent dans l'espace public, entre eux, mais ils travaillent aussi en collaboration avec le gouvernement et le secteur privé. Dix jeunes créatifs - cinq hommes, cinq femmes ;cinq Bruxellois, cinq Liégeois; chacun.e avec leur propre expertise - ont exploré Montréal en juillet 2019. Ce fut une semaine pleine de rencontres éblouissantes avec des Canadiens passionnés. Avec des photos, des portraits et une double interview, nous vous donnons un aperçu inspirant des urban commons sur place.Les conversations avec les acteurs locaux nous ont permis d'établir des comparaisons avec notre environnement à Bruxelles et à Liège. Dans trois articles, nous réfléchissons à la façon dont une ville peut se développer de manière collective. Comment les citoyens s'approprient-ils les terrains vagues ?Quelles sont leurs relations entre eux et celles avec le gouvernement ?Qu'est-ce que le concept de "commun(s)" a à voir là-dedans ?
