Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá samosprávním celkem, konkrétně městysem. Blíže pak bude v práci přiblížen investiční záměr daného městyse v letech 2009 - 2013. V praktické části je popsán městys Pecka z obecného hlediska, ale také finanční situace daného městyse. Středem bakalářské práce je pak investiční záměr, a to vybudování pozorovatelny na Krkonošské vyhlídce, financování projektu a možnosti dopadu provedení projektu na hospodaření městyse.
