Abstract
ResumenEn este trabajo, la empresa de energa solar IBC Solar de Alemania se internacionalizar a Canad.El enfoque de este documento es la viabilidad de la expansin y una estrategia de expansin inicial ms factible.En trminos de viabilidad, este plan analiza las condiciones externas del mercado canadiense, al tiempo que da ejemplos de reas que necesitan atencin, como la competencia cada vez ms feroz en el mercado solar.En trminos de estrategia de expansin, despus de planificar inicialmente la participacin de mercado esperada, comenzamos con una estrategia de marketing detallada e integral y planificamos gradualmente los recursos humanos, y mejoramos la atraccin de talento de la compaa manteniendo el ambiente de trabajo amigable nico de BluEarth.En el plan financiero, teniendo en cuenta la enorme inversin de capital inicial de la empresa de energa solar, propusimos el 50% del capital social de la empresa matriz alemana de IBC Solar, el 50% del modelo de prstamo y una demanda de financiacin de 75 millones de dlares canadienses.
