Los objetivos del estudio han sido evaluarel nivel de satisfacción de los docentes yestudiantes de pregrado con las actividadesacadémicas no presenciales, comparandodeterminados aspectos con las actividadespresenciales que se venían desarrollandonormalmente hasta el año 2019; así comoconocer si se había producido una disminuciónsignificativa de la cantidad de estudiantes,producto de la pandemia. La investigacióncorresponde a un diseño no experimentaldescriptivo de corte transversal. Para laobtención de la información empírica, quedebe responder al primer objetivo del estudio,se aplicaron dos cuestionarios estructurados,uno para estudiantes y otro para docente. Parael segundo objetivo se analizó la estadísticaoficial. Para el estudio, se encuestaron a 158docentes y a 1025 estudiantes. Los resultadosmuestran que 73.5% de los estudiantes y 96.0%de los docentes estuvieron satisfechos, enalguna medida, con las actividades académicasdesarrollados en la facultad, durante lapandemia.
