Transcription de l'interviewInterview (E): Je suis avec ma collgue Carole Lvesque. We don't have all the technical information for you, unfortunately because there is a lot of things that we ask people outside of the team to work on, so we will explain to you the best we can but we can't give you all the answers, ok? intervieweur (e): Don't worry !It's perfect you being available for me, I am sure that everything you say it will be very good for me, ok? E: ok! e: I can ask you the questions, and you answer, and sometimes I may follow another idea, it is ok, we don't need to stick to the questions I sent to you, ok? E: ok! e: What is the name of your organisation?E. It's le Chantier de l'conomie Sociale, it is in Canada but we cover only the territory of Quebec, French Speaking Nation within Canada! And our organisation is I guess we would call an umbrella organisation, it brings together actors from the Social Solidarity Economy (ESS), basically we have networks of cooperatives and associations in the social Economy in different sectors, we have networks working in community development and territorial development urban and rural areas, we have social movements, that share the values of the Social Economy, so we have trade unions, women movements and so on.And then we have, also some other, I am talking about membership of our board of directors, our government structures, and then we have representatives of the first nations, of the university community and so on.So we have a very broad governing body which is our board of directors and membership which is based on that.We also have as our members and partners as well, regional polls that have a role at a level at the different regions of Quebec, and our mission is to promote the ESS, to support its development that means we create all kinds of different tools, via financing training, and so on and to represent the sector, to bring everybody, as we call it "concertation", to bring everybody work together which is the basis of our organisation. So that is basically what we do e: And you Nancy, what is your rle in Le Chantier E: I am the executive director e: and what do you do exactly?E: We have a team, I am spokes person, I do a lot of representation promotion, but we also do a lot of development work so for example I am the chair of the ..., we have a patient capital fund that invest in ESS enterprises and so I am chairperson of the board on our fund, we have a few other financial tools, I represent the Chantier in a research partnership we have, so I do a lot of public representation, international representation as well, and in that context is now for 2010 and part of 11 we are playing the technical coordination of RIPESS as well.e: Now we are going a little bit technical, you have a platform on the web E: Yes we have a web site which is our own web site but we also have a portal called "conomie Social Qubec".And I think that's where I let Carole get on board and start explain to you the portal because she is the one who is responsible for it, ok? e: That's ok !E (Carole Lvesque) : Pour le portail, qu'est-ce vous vous voulez savoir ?e: Premirement, quelle est l'adresse ?
