Abstract
La presente investigación analiza y define los elementos teóricos pertinentes en el diseño de una propuesta pedagógica de educación moral, a partir de categorías conceptuales relacionadas con educación moral, formación integral y administración de empresas, que quedan descritas en el marco teórico y posteriormente se puntualizan, de manera intencionada, en los enfoques de Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad -CTS-, la perspectiva de la Escuela de Montreal orientada a la Administración, a través de uno de sus representantes más significativos, Omar Aktouf y los aportes hechos sobre educación moral desde la teoría de Desarrollo de Juicio Moral, de Lawrence Kohlberg, lo que deriva en una propuesta teórica fundamentada que integra los elementos citados, tendiente a contribuir en la formación integral de estudiantes universitarios de un programa de Administración de Empresas a nivel de Educación Superior.
