Abstract
In einer prospektiven Studie zum minimalinvasiven Hüftgelenksersatz über einen direkt anterioren Zugang wurden präoperativ, 6 Wochen und 3 Monate postoperativ (N=46) der Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), die gesundheitsbezogene Lebensqualität (SF-36), der Harris Hip Score (HHS) und die körperliche Aktivität (StepWatch 3ª Activity Monitor) erfasst. Der WOMAC, HHS und die körperlichen Skalen des SF-36 zeigten bereits nach 6 Wochen einen deutlichen Anstieg. Die körperliche Aktivität verringerte sich hingegen von 4015 ± 1539 Gangzyklen (GC) präoperativ zu 3724 ± 1543 GC nach sechs Wochen (p=0.183). Erst nach 3 Monaten kam es zu einer signifikanten Aktivitätssteigerung von 4756 ± 1733 GC (p kleiner 0.01), welche noch nicht den Anforderungen für einen aktiven Lebensstil entsprach. Andere Faktoren wie arthrosebedingte Schäden, der Rehabilitationsumfang oder Komorbiditäten scheinen wichtige Einflussgrößen für eine adäquate körperliche Aktivität zu sein.<br><br><br>
