Abstract
Tämän työn tarkoituksena oli parantaa L’Occitane Nordic AB, Suomen sivuliikkeen verkkokaupan toimintaa niin asiakkaan kuin työntekijöiden näkökulmasta. Työ sisältää suunnitelman L’Occitane Nordic AB, Suomen sivuliikkeen verkkokaupan toimintojen kouluttamisesta Helsingin myymälän työntekijöille. Koulutuksen tavoitteena on parantaa asiakkaan kokemusta kyseisestä verkkokaupasta. Koulutus suunniteltiin Helsingin myymälän työntekijöille, koska verkkokauppatilauksien käsitteleminen tapahtuu kyseisessä myymälässä. Myymälätyöntekijöille ei ole aiemmin pidetty erillistä koulutusta verkkokaupan toiminnoista, vaan tiedot ja käytännöt on siirretty työntekijöiden välillä työn ohella. \n \nTeoriaosuudessa käydään läpi verkkokauppaa, perehdyttämistä, kouluttamista ja materiaalin luomista perehdytystä ja koulutusta varten. Toiminnallinen osuus eli koulutuksen suunnitelma tehtiin perehdyttämisen ja kouluttamisen teorian pohjalta. Liitteinä tässä työssä ovat koulutukseen liittyvät kyselyt, tarkistuslista ja koulutussuunnitelma sekä materiaalit työntekijöille. Koulutusmateriaali on koottu työn ohella opituista tiedoista sekä fi.loccitane.com ja matkahuolto.fi -sivustoilta. Suunnitelman pohjalta koulutus voidaan toteuttaa ja näin saadaan parannettua työntekijän ja asiakkaan kokemusta verkkokaupasta.
