Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui respon masyarakat Desa Balinuraga dengan masyarakat Desa Agom terhadap sepuluh butir perjanjian perdamaian serta membandingkan respon masyarakat Desa Balinuraga dengan masyarakat Desa Agom terhadap sepuluh butir perjanjian perdamaian tersebut agar diketahui persamaan dan perbedaan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua desa yaitu Desa Balinuraga Kecamatan Way Panji Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan Desa Agom Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Informan penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Balinuraga dan masyarakat Desa Agom, yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan sistem acak (random sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. \nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa respon masyarakat Desa Balinuraga dengan masyarakat Desa Agom jika dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuannya yakni kedua desa tersebut memiliki hasil yang sama atau hasil yang seimbang yakni dengan hasil 100%. Hal ini berarti kedua desa seimbang atau sama-sama mengetahui sepuluh butir perjanjian perdamaian dengan alasan karena pernah mendengar dan pernah membaca teks perjanjian perdamaian. Dalam hal ini, pernah mendengar dan pernah membaca yang dimaksud yakni responden pernah mendengarkan dan pernah membaca secara langsung melalui sosialisasi. \nSelanjutnya jika dilihat dari tingkat kesetujuannya, respon masyarakat tertinggi terhadap sepuluh butir perjanjian perdamaian ini dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa Agom, yakni dengan hasil 66%, sedangkan Desa Balinuraga 65%. Alasan warga Desa Agom lebih banyak menginginkan keamanan, ketertiban, kerukunan, keharmonisan dan perdamaian diantara kedua belah pihak. \nSelanjutnya jika dilihat dari tingkat dukungannya, respon masyarakat tertinggi terhadap sepuluh butir perjanjian perdamaian ini dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa Balinuraga, yakni dengan hasil 61%, sedangkan Desa Agom 59%. \nSelanjutnya jika dilihat dari tingkat pelaksanaannya, respon masyarakat tertinggi terhadap sepuluh butir perjanjian perdamaian ini dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa Agom yakni dengan hasil 62%, sedangkan desa Balinuraga 58%. \n \n(The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the Villagers of Balinuraga Agom to ten grains of the peace agreement and to compare the response of the Villagers Balinuraga Agom Villagers to ten grains of the peace agreement in order to know the similarities and differences that occur. This research is a case study and conducted in two villages namely Balinuraga Village Way Panji district of South Lampung regency and Village district Agom Kalianda South Lampung regency. This is a public research informants Balinuraga Village and Villagers Agom, which is determined by using a random system. The data was collected using questionnaires and interviews with the documentation. Data processing is done quantitatively. \nResults of this study indicate that the community response to the Villagers of Balinuraga Agom when viewed from the level of knowledge that is both villages have the same result or outcome that is balanced with results hundred percent. This means that the two villages are equally balanced or know ten grains peace treaty on \nthe grounds that've heard and read text of a treaty of peace. In this case, never heard and read is that respondents have listened to and read directly through socialization. Furthermore, if viewed from kesetujuannya level of public response to the ten highest point peace agreement was owned by Agom Villagers, with the result that sixty six percent, while sixty five percent Balinuraga Village. Reason Agom Village residents want more security, order, harmony, and peace between the two sides. \nFurthermore, if viewed from the level of support, public response to the ten highest point peace agreement was owned by the Village community Balinuraga, namely the results of sixty one percent, whereas fifty nine percent Agom Village. \nFurther if seen from the implementation level, the highest community response to the ten items a peace treaty is owned by Agom Village community that is the result of sixty two percent, whereas fifty eight percent Balinuraga village.)
