Le consommateur serait-il cet acteur tant attendu, capable d'introduire des considérations éthiques dans un monde dominé par la dérégulation des marchés? Dans les Groupes d'Achats Communs, les AMAP, des restaurants associatifs ou des réseaux de simplicité volontaire, des consom'acteurs organisent des circuits de distribution alternatifs et questionnent les valeurs de la société de consommation. Ce recueil offre un tour d'horizon d'expériences qui y contribuent en France, en Belgique, en Italie, en Angleterre et au Canada. Les auteurs analysent les pratiques, les formes d'engagement et conceptions du changement social des consom'acteurs ainsi que la reformulation de la critique qu'ils incarnent.
