La quotazione di un’azienda è una tematica ricca di spunti di studio e di riflessione, che comporta all’interno di un’impresa una serie di cambiamenti profondi che interessano la sua struttura, i suoi uomini e le sue relazioni. Cambiamenti significativi, relativi quindi non soltanto alle dinamiche economico-finanziarie, ma a tutte le dimensioni aziendali. Obiettivo di questa tesi è l’analisi di un caso aziendale e l’applicazione ad esso del modello di quotazione in chiave “strategica”, con il quale l’ingresso in borsa viene studiato non solo nella prospettiva economico-finanziaria, ma anche guardando a quella organizzativa, competitiva e sociale. Il caso di studio è Openjobmetis S.p.A., Agenzia per il Lavoro che opera sul mercato italiano da oltre 17 anni, attiva nella somministrazione, ricerca, formazione e ricollocazione del personale; l’attuale configurazione aziendale nasce nel 2011 dalla fusione delle preesistenti Openjob e Metis.
