Tourism research report called: folk manifestations of Moche as complement of the current offer tourist culturaL district, which aims to determine the folkloric possessing the Moche district in order to integrate them into the present cultural tourism already positioned.\nMoche district has many folkloric manifestations, including cuisine that can supplement the current tourist offer, which is expressed in different dishes like Sopa Teóloga, Charqui de Raya, Bretaña, Causa en Lapa and Pepián de Pava whose ingredients and preparation to contain a traditional value and authentic.\nThe traditional festivals are important to complement the current cultural tourism, being the most momentous in Moche, the feast of San Isidro Labrador and the feast of Easter, which develops different activities that are historical and cultural value, becoming present bands of musicians and groups of dances typical of the Moche district, being recognized at regional and national level.\nMoche district is also a cradle of artists, art represented by artists recognized as Pedro Azabache and Rómulo Azabache who have done works of art reflecting the customs of his people, also the craftsmanship that has important features and the use of ancient techniques used by the Moche.\nThe development of this research used the following methodology, the ethnographic method, which was used in the stage of field for the description of the folkloric: gastronomy, traditional festivals in addition to the arts \ncrafts. Synthetic analytical method was also used this method was used in the data analysis stage to break down the variables of research in specific areas such as gastronomy, traditional festivals as well as art and craft, and finally the method was statistically this method was used to determine the sample size of the population to which applied you surveys; It also served to collect and interpret numerical data.\nThe District of Moche with folkloric expressed in gastronomy, traditional festivals in addition to the arts and crafts that can complement current cultural tourist offer, because they keep a historical and cultural value, with unique characteristics and of great interest to visitors.
