Abstract
Manajemen layanan konseling yang efektif dapat menjadi benteng pertahanan yang kuat dalam mencegah dan mengatasi quarter life crisis bagi mahasiswa yang ada di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Tujuan layanan konseling ini membimbing mahasiswa dalam menentukan tujuan hidupnya dalam mengambil keputusan dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Sehingga adanya layanan konseling ini memberikan dampak yang baik bagi mahasiswa di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
