Abstract
British Columbia will offer doctors a new payment model in the hopes of recruiting and retaining family doctors in the province. We talk to B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix; and Vancouver family physician Dr. Rita McCracken, an assistant professor at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Medicine.
