Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar el Nivel de satisfacción de pacientes rehabilitados con prótesis total y prótesis parcial removible en la clínica estomatología de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo Piura, 2017, con una población de 59 pacientes adultos que fueron atendidos en el año 2016. \n \nEs un estudio retrospectivo. Se utilizó como instrumento de medición parla medición de CVRSO la encuesta OHIP-49Sp, la encuesta fue aplicada a los 6 meces de alta protésica, la satisfacción protésica fue medida con la encuesta McGill, y otros datos como el tipo de prótesis, sexo y edad. \n \nLa referencia de todos los pacientes que fueron atendidos en el 2016 ciclo II, fueron obtenidos por las historias clínicas, se contactaron 59 pacientes con tratamientos protésicos, 31 pacientes con prótesis parcial removible y 28 pacientes con prótesis total. El nivel de satisfacción que se obtuvo fue un nivel satisfecho con un 67.8% entre los pacientes rehabilitados con prótesis total y prótesis parcial removible. En comparación con los 2 tratamientos los pacientes rehabilitados con prótesis total se obtuvo un mayor porcentaje de un 61.29%, satisfechos a diferencia de los pacientes rehabilitados con prótesis parcial removible se obtuvo el mayor porcentaje de 71.43 % de pacientes satisfechos. Se debe Realizar una investigación más profunda en medición de cada cualidad evaluada y observar donde se encuentras la mayoría de limitaciones o cualidades menos satisfactorias.
