Abstract
Riverscapes, landscapes, floral and foliage studies beside the scenic Nith River at New Hamburg, Ontario, comprise the images for this slideshow. New Hamburg’s Morningside Trail follows a 7 kilometre meander of Ontario's Nith River, dividing its watershed. Southward, the Nith flows through lighter till soils, resulting in more consistent river flows. Flora (Butter-and-Eggs, burdock, crown vetch, willow), landscape and riverscape scenes, bookended with philosophical quotes about life by Tozan and Hermann Hesse.
