Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu v obci Pozďatín na parcele č. 155 v okrese Třebíč. Rodinný dům se nachází v mírně svažitém terénu a je navržen jako dvoupodlažní částečně podsklepený objekt. Půdorysné rozměry objektu jsou 13,5 m x 10,25 m. Hřeben se nachází ve výšce 7,75 m nad podlahou v 1.NP. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Z hlediska konstrukce jde o stavbu kombinovanou z betonových tvárnic v suterénu a keramických tvárnic v 1NP. Stropy domu jsou navrženy ze skládaného systému Porotherm. Schodiště je tříramenné železobetonové s dřevěnou nášlapnou vrstvou. Sedlová střecha se skládá z dřevěného krovu a skládané pálené krytiny
