Abstract
Prispevek obravnava v madžarski in slovenski knjoževnosti uveljavljena postmodernistična romana Pétra Esterházyja in Andreja Blatnika ter ju postavlja v kontekst povojnega literarnega razvoja. Skupne so jima mnoge značilnosti postmodernizma, od številnih citatov, ki v drugačnem okolju dobijo nov, ironičen pomen, do pripovedovalca, ki simulira različne tipe pripovedovalca, temeljna razlika pa je, da je Esterházyjev roman odprto delo, medtem ko je Blatnikov roman bolj klasičen.
