Abstract
ABSTRAK \nGedung Hotel Santika Bukittingi merupakan salah satu hotel bintang tiga di Kota Bukittinggi. Hotel Santika Bukittinggi ini memiliki luas tanah 4.239 m2 dan luas bangunan 7.118,11 m2 yang terdiri dari 12 lantai dengan jumlah kamar sebanyak 130 unit. Perancangan sistem plambing pada gedung Hotel Santika Bukittinggi ini mengacu kepada SNI 03-8153-2015 dan SNI 6481-2000. Sumber air minum yang digunakan berasal dari sumur dalam dan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Bukittinggi. Sistem penyediaan air minum dilakukan dengan sistem tangki atap serta pengaliran ke bawah dan dengan pompa booster. Tangki bawah berkapasitas 80 m3. Tangki atas berkapasitas 17 m3. Setiap tangki terdiri dari dua unit. Pipa air minum berjenis GIP 4 inci dan PVC 1 – 6 inci. Sistem penyediaan air panas dilakukan dengan pemanasan central dan dilengkapi dengan sistem sirkulasi. Tangki penyimpnan air panas berkapasitas 5 m3 sebanyak dua unit. Pipa air panas berjenis black steel 1 – 2½ inci. Sistem penyaluran air buangan dilakukan secara terpisah. Unit pengolahan air buangan berupa grease trap portabel dan Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) dengan kapasitas 341,5 m3. Pipa air buangan berjenis PVC 2 – 6 inci. Sistem ven yang digunakan adalah ven loop, ven tunggal, ven sirkit, ven bersama dan ven cabang. Pipa ven berjenis PVC 1 – 8 inci. Sistem penyaluran air hujan disalurkan langsung menuju drainase kota. Pipa penyaluran air hujan berjenis PVC 2 – 3 inci. Sistem pencegahan kebakaran meliputi sistem hidran dan springkler menggunakan tipe basah otomatik pada pelayanan kelas II. Pipa pencegahan kebakaran berjenis black steel 1 - 2 inci. Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dalam perencanaan sistem plambing Hotel Santika Bukittingi sebesar Rp3.800.000.000,00. \nKata Kunci: Hotel Santika Bukittingi, Sistem Plambing, Tangki, Pipa, RAB.
