Pada perancangan infrastruktur jalan ini, wilayah perancangan berada di Kabupaten Temanggung yang terletak di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Berbagai potensi yang ada pada Kabupaten Temanggung perlu untuk lebih ditingkatkan, namun akses pembangunan jalan pada wilayah Temanggung belum merata dan kurang memadai serta faktor kendala geografis seperti adanya lembah dan pegunungan, oleh sebab itu perencanaan infrastruktur jalan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan keberlanjutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan konektivitas dan aksesibilitas. Laporan ini akan memberikan sedikit gambaran mengenai desain jalan dengan memperhatikan alinemen horizontal dan vertikal, memyusun kelayakan dari infrastruktur jalan dan tebal perkerasan. Desain yang dirancangkan ini menggunakan teknologi berupa aplikasi Civil 3D dan Autocad yang sangat membantu laporan ini sehingga dapat disusun secara baik dan dapat memberikan gambaran secara lebih nyata tentang perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di Kabupaten Temanggung.
