Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The Quarter life crisis is an emotional condition experienced by individuals aged 18-29, triggered by significant changes that lead to confusion, anxiety, and a sense of unpreparedness. This condition is typically marked by feelings of insecurity, frustration with interpersonal relationships and the workplace, and difficulties in setting long-term goals.
