Abstract
Para el presente proyecto fue necesario realizar el análisis de todas las características que permitan que el producto a exportar (pulpa de camote) sea el idóneo de tal manera que no tenga inconvenientes al momento de ingresar en un mercado internacional y sobre todo exigente. Esto debe ser complementado con un detallado estudio de mercado, para lo cual se utilizaran y analizaran datos históricos para determinar importantes variables como precio, oferta, demanda, comportamiento del mercado y así establecer si el proyecto es viable o no. \nDentro del proyecto, es importante establecer una negociación internacional con el fin de plantear beneficios tanto al comprador como al vendedor, es decir que las dos partes sean las favorecidas, además garantizar que el producto sea recibido en perfectas condiciones por el importador y el exportador reciba su respectivo pago. \nTambién, como complemento para que la negociación se dé en las mejores condiciones, se debe establecer un proceso logístico principalmente para coordinar, planificar actividades como las de transporte, documentación entre otras, consiguiendo optimizar los recursos o ser más eficaces.
