Pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap quaerter life crisis mahasiswa tingkat akhir UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

INDONESIA: \n \nMahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan tugas akhir atau skripsi rentan mengalami persoalan psikologis seperti khawatir dan cemas akan kehidupan dimasa depan setelah lulus kuliah. Individu yang tidak bisa merespon lingkungan dengan baik bisa menyebabkan krisis emosional atau quarter life crisis. Ketika mahasiwa akhir sedang berada di fase quarter life crisis harus mempunyai efikasi diri atau keyakinan untuk memotivasi kepada dirinya sendiri dan membutuhkan dukungan dari lingkungan. Dukungan sosial yang diterima akan membuat mahasiswa akhir merasa dihargai, diperhatikan dan dicintai orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat dan pengaruh edikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap quarter life crisis mahasiswa akhir UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. \nMotede penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 97 dengan kriteria mahasiswa aktif UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2018 yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Analisa data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 26 for windows. \nPenelitian ini mendapatkan hasil tingkat efikasi diri dalam kategori sedang, dukungan sosial dalam kategori sedang dan quarter life crisis dalam kategori sedang pada mahasiswa akhir angkatan 2018 UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Hasil analisa uji F menunjukan pengaruh negatif secara signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap quarter life crisis sebesar 20.7%. Aspek efikasi diri pembentuk utama variabel yaitu aspek strength sebesar 8.5% dan aspek dukungan sosial pembentuk utama variabel yaitu aspek informasi 1,06%. Maka dari itu, hasil uji f tersebut bisa diartikan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima. \n \nENGLISH: \n \nStudents who are completing their final project or thesis are prone to experiencing psychological problems such as worry and anxiety about life in the future after graduating from college. Individuals who cannot respond well to the environment can cause an emotional crisis or quarter life crisis. When final students are in the quarter life crisis phase, they must have self-efficacy or confidence to motivate themselves and need support from the environment. The social support received will make final students feel valued, cared for and loved by others. The purpose of this study was to determine the level and influence of self-edification and social support on the quarter life crisis of final students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. \nThe method of this research is a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Retrieval of data using a Likert scale. Respondents in this study numbered 97 with the criteria of active students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang class of 2018 who were working on their thesis. Data analysis using IBM SPSS 26 for windows software. \nThis study obtained results on self-efficacy levels in the moderate category, social support in the moderate category and quarter life crises in the moderate category for final students of class of 2018 at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are working on their thesis. The results of the F test analysis showed a significant negative effect between self-efficacy and social support on the quarter life crisis of 20.7%. The aspect of self-efficacy that forms the main variable, namely the aspect of strength, is 8.5% and the aspect of social support that forms the main variable, namely the aspect of information, is 1.06%.
