Abstract
Todos somos conscientes que es de suma importancia identificar y tener claro el significado de la palabra Derecho, teniendo en cuenta la amplia variedad de significados y elementos que la componen. Igual de indispensable es conocer a que se refiere la expresión “Tener derechos” y todos los términos o datos que la engloban. Con esto, para iniciar queremos dejar en claro que nuestro objeto de estudio es realizar un acercamiento al significado de tener derechos, esto con la constante observación a la sociedad, ya que históricamente se ha evidenciado que el desconocimiento de dicha expresión, y todo lo que esta conlleva, ha generado crisis sociales y/o daños en los receptores de los derechos. Debido a la necesidad de conocer su significado y de lo indispensable que es colectivamente, en el presente documento se plasma detalladamente este concepto, respondiendo a varias interrogantes que se generan alrededor de esta expresión.
