Il progetto Queen’s Marque si inserisce nel contesto della città di Halifax come trait d’union tra innovazione tecnologica e identità storica locale: da una parte i materiali e le forme con cui il complesso si presenta alla comunità richiamo alla mente la vecchia città portuale, dall’altra le tecnologie avanzate utilizzate per rendere il progetto sostenibile dimostrano un’attenzione a livello ambientale in favore delle generazioni future.
