En Sevilla, C/ Condes de Torrejón 3, 5, 7 y 9 y C/ Quintana 4, 6 y 8, hay un palacio, 5 casas anexas y patios tenemos unos 1224 m² de planta; los cuales constan de planta baja más 2. Se va a hacer una actuación, en la que se va a cambiar su uso de vivienda a hotel 4*, en los cuales se van a conservar las fachadas ya que el palacio tiene protección patrimonial, por esto la edificación más actual se tirara, para rehacerla de nuevo para que este tramo de edificio las fachadas estén acorde con el resto de edificios que conforman el conjunto. Se limpiaran y pintaran de nuevo las fachas siguiendo la misma gama cromática.
