Abstract
I interned at PSG Equity, a prominent and rapidly growing software private equity firm that invests in growth-stage companies. PSG is headquartered in Boston, MA, with global offices in London, Paris, Barcelona, Toronto, Kansas City, and Tel Aviv. PSG currently manages $25bn in assets and is investing out of their sixth flagship fund which projects to close at $6.7bn later this year. Founded in 2014, the firm has scaled its fund from a first close at $560mm, representing a 1200% growth in assets under management. Our strategy involves making majority equity investments into software or technology-enabled services growth stage companies, typically quantified as EBITDA-positive businesses with revenues between $10M and $250M.
