On calling the Orders of the day Mr. Ross, of Middlesex, moved the following resolution : -"That the House approves of the agree- " ments laid before the House by command of His Honour the " Lieutenant-Governor, bearing date the twenty-sixth day of " November and the fourth day of February, respectively, and ex- " pressed to be made between W.
