Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study discusses the image of Canadian women in one of Lucy Maud Montgomery's works entitled Anne of Green Gables. This study aims to describe the life or condition of women in the 20th century in Canada. In analyzing this work, the writer uses the theory of feminism by Lois Tyson, the image of women by A.W. Ali, and the mimetic approach by M.H. Abrams. The author also uses qualitative methods and a
\nliterature review in this research method. The study results show that female characters in Canada in the 20th century were transitional women. Then there is also a reflection on
\nhow women's struggle in the novel against gender inequality in Canada.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
