Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad describir el uso de la red social TikTok como medio de comunicación por parte de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local N°07 para llegar a un público diferente al que ya se tenía en otras redes sociales. Se optó por utilizar esta plataforma, ya que permite modernizar estrategias comunicacionales y aprovechar las ventajas que ofrece para la difusión de mensajes institucionales y educativos. Esta evaluación se centra específicamente en el último trimestre del año 2023, debido a que durante ese periodo se realizó la reactivación de la cuenta y marcó un punto de inflexión en la estrategia de comunicación digital de la entidad. Cabe señalar que los temas principales que se abordaron fueron la violencia escolar y colegios informales.
