Abstract
De danske udledninger af drivhusgasser ventes at falde med 4 % som gennemsnit i årene 2008-2012 i forhold til 1990/95, basisåret for Kyotoaftalens reduktionskrav. Det fremgår af en ny fremskrivning fra Danmarks Miljøundersøgelser (DMU) ved Aarhus Universitet. Den resterende del af den 21 % reduktion af det danske klimaregnskab, som Danmark har forpligtet sig til ved den indbyrdes byrdefordeling af Unionens samlede reduktionskrav under Kyoto-protokollen, skal ifølge regeringens planer komme fra CO<sub>2</sub>-optag i jord, effekten af EU's kvotesystem og ved statens gennemførsel af klimaprojekter i udlandet.
