Abstract
Os trabalhadores negros são os que tem maior representação no mercado de trabalho formal e \ninformal, entretanto eles enfrentam muitas barreiras no mercado de trabalho. Em vista disso, \neste trabalho teve como objetivo de analisar as práticas organizacionais de retenção de \npessoas negras durante a pandemia da COVID-19, à luz da interseccionalidade e a visão dos \ntrabalhadores negros. Foi feito uma pesquisa descritiva qualitativa por meio de entrevistas \nsemi-estruturadas com 4 mulheres negras e 3 trabalhadores negros. A análise de dados foi \nfeita através da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados evidenciam que as organizações não \npossuem práticas de retenção com pessoas negras, tendo em destaque também o preconceito \nno cargo de pessoas negras e a desvalorização dos mesmos.
