Abstract
Vivimos en una época en la que la mayoría de la sociedad conoce lo que es una red social y, gracias a ellas, podemos vernos influenciados en nuestras decisiones de compra. Es importante analizar el comportamiento de los consumidores según sus gustos, preferencias y posibilidades. Además, debemos destacar el uso de las redes sociales y las TIC en la actualidad, a partir de muestras de población que diferencien según edad o género. También hemos tenido en cuenta el gran impacto que ha provocado la reciente crisis sanitaria del Covid-19 en las redes sociales y en el comercio electrónico en general
