Abstract
El present informe recull l'activitat del síndic de Greuges de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya el curs 2016-2017. Aquest informe ha estat elaborat amb la finalitat inicial d'informar el Patronat de la Fundació per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya de l'activitat del síndic de Greuges, d'acord amb el que preveu el reglament. Això no obstant, l'informe també vol ser un instrument de transparència i, en general, una eina per a retre comptes a la comunitat universitària de l'activitat duta a terme pel síndic de Greuges al llarg del curs 2016-2017.
