Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como finalidad analizar el grado de contaminación por metales pesados en sedimentos de ecosistemas acuáticos. La metodología para dicha investigación es de tipo descriptiva, la muestra consta de un conjunto de datos de investigaciones como tesis, artículos científicos que fueron extraídas de fuentes confiables como Scielo, Dialnet, Google académico, se establecido 25 estudios de los cuales se extraerán metales pesados presentes en sedimentos de ecosistemas acuáticos para luego compararlos con la Normativa Canadiense para sedimentos “Criteria for the Assessment of Sediment Quality in Quebec and Application Frameworks: Prevention, Dredging and Remediation.Canadá,”, cabe recalcar que en Perú no existe una Normativa para sedimentos. A partir del análisis de estos datos nos permitirá relacionar los contaminantes existentes que presentan los diferentes estudios trabajados.
