Abstract
2006 metais Lietuvos sodininkystės ir daržininkystės instituto bandymų laukuose tirta azoto normų įtaka pipirmėčių (Mentha piperita L.) žalios masės derliui ir kokybei. Visos tyrimams naudotos pipirmėtės: varietetas iš Lietuvos, varietetas iš Lenkijos ir ‘Krasnodarskaja’ veislė, papildomai patręštos azoto trąšomis, derėjo gausiau. Tyrimais nustatyta, kad didžiausias žalios masės derliaus priedas gautas, tręšiant pipirmėtes didžiausia azoto norma N120 per 3 kartus (N60+30+30). Pipirmėčių žalios masės derlius taip pat priklauso nuo jų genetinių savybių. Gausiausiai derėjo pipirmėtės iš Lenkijos, mažiausiai derlingas buvo varietetas iš Lietuvos, o ‘Krasnodarskaja’ veislė – vidutiniškai derlinga. Cheminių analizių duomenimis, papildomas tręšimas azotu iš esmės didina nitratų kiekį pipirmėčių žalioje masėje, tačiau nekeičia kitų biocheminių rodiklių: bendrojo cukraus, tirpių sausųjų medžiagų, askorbo rūgšties, karotinoidų bei eterinių aliejų kiekio.
