No Canadian affiliation. An affiliation-only frame, the usual design, would never have seen this work. It is one of the works that make the case for inverting the frame.

Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

\nABSTRACT: Due to its geological-geographical situation, it has had a marked history of destruction due to the scourge of natural phenomena. Geologically speaking, our country is relatively young (considering that a quarter of the national territory is of Pleistocene age), it has fertile lands and abundant water during the rainy season, a large part of the territory is affected by internal geological agents such as continuous seismicity It affects practically the entire country. The action of gravity, the progressive weakening of materials, mainly due to weathering and the action of other natural and environmental phenomena, make ground movements relatively common. Such is the case of the Municipality of Chinameca (which is where our study is focused), whose communities are characterized by living in risky conditions. And it is that the Municipality of Chinameca, as shown by historical records, has a history of disasters that have been generated both by the combination of climatic and geological phenomena and by the addition of the effects of irrational human activity.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
