Abstract
Le présent rapport est fondé sur le document de travail établi par le Soudan pour le Cycle d'études sur les problèmes de reclassification et d'administration budgétaires en Afrique, qui s'est tenu à Addis-Ababa du 4 au 15 septembre 1961. II est mains techniques que le document de travail initial ; on a en effet laisse de cote un certain nombre de questions de méthodologique, et ajoute une introduction générale. II devrait donc être suffisamment simple et clair pour le commun des lecteurs. Le présent rapport est en fait le fruit d'une coopération étroite entre le ministère des Finances et de l'économie et le Service des statistiques.
