Abstract

Nuestra presente tesis tuvo como objetivo principal: Determinar el desempeño laboral, la calidad del servicio en la gestión orientada a resultados de un gobierno local de Lima centro 2021. La metodología que hemos empleado para nuestro trabajo de investigación fue de nivel cuantitativo, descriptivo y correlacional, así mismo nuestra investigación fue de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Para nuestra investigación se trabajó con una muestra de 136 trabajadores de un gobierno local de Lima centro, estos fueron quienes respondieron a nuestro cuestionario, instrumento que fueron validados por doctores, empleándose en este instrumento la escala de Likert, el medio por el cual respondieron a este cuestionario fue a través de google form, esta encuesta constó de un total de 35 preguntas, siendo el resultado de esta aplicación con un Alfa de Cronbach de: Variable desempeño laboral 0,903; Variable Calidad del servicio 0,950 y Variable Gestión orientada a resultados 0,915. A través de los resultados de la prueba de Regresión Logística Multinomial en nuestras hipótesis tanto en la general como las específicas se rechazaron la hipótesis nula ya que en los resultados se obtuvo un p valor de 0,000 menor a 0,05.
